Silva, a New Jersey native and former respiratory therapist with over two decades of experience, brings a strong background in healthcare leadership, including roles as an administrator in skilled nursing and executive director at assisted living facilities. He plans to enhance staff support and focus on quality care and resident satisfaction. The assisted living community recently completed a multi-million-dollar renovation, adding modern amenities like a bistro, salon, cinema, and entertainment spaces.
