How to Download and Set Up CommunityOS

Getting started with CommunityOS is fast, secure, and available on both Apple (iOS) and Android smartphones and tablets. Follow these simple steps to connect with your loved one:

    Open the App Store (iPhone/iPad) or the Google Play Store (Android). Search for “CommunityOS” and select Get or Install to download the free app to your device.
  2. Open the App & Allow Notifications:
    Once installed, open CommunityOS on your home screen. When prompted, enable notifications so you never miss an important community update, dining alert, or event photo.
  3. Sign In or Register:
    Tap Log In or Create Account. If you are registering for the first time, follow the on-screen prompts using the email address you have on file with our community.
  4. Link to Your Loved One:
    To safeguard resident privacy, accounts require a secure connection invite. Contact the [Community Name] Life Enrichment Director or front desk team to receive your personalized family activation invite code.
  5. Start Exploring:
    Once linked, you can immediately begin browsing calendars, viewing menus, and enjoying everyday updates from our community.
